PRE WEDDING

Customized wedding day itinerary to be approved by the couple and distributed to all vendors so that everyone is on the same page

REHEARSAL NIGHT

Coordination of the ceremony processional, recessional, and details for before and after ceremony

Final collection of items that need to be set up at the ceremony and reception

Meet family and wedding party
* There is a 2 hour limit for the rehearsal. Anything over will be $75 per half hour.
DAY OF COORDINATION

“Go to” person for everyone, including family and vendors

Ceremony and reception setup and décor support

Coordination of ceremony processional, recessional, and details for before and after ceremony

Meet, greet and direct vendors and guests

Ensure that specific parties are present when needed

Assist DJ in gathering participants for the formal introductions

Collection and transportation of ceremony items to reception or to a designated person

Assist with the distribution and pinning of corsages, boutonnières and bouquets

Ensure that setup is how bride and groom want, if done by the venue

Keep bride, groom and vendors on the timeline or improvise as needed

Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities

Collect all personal items at the end of the night to be put in a designated place

Handle any issues that may arise

Have no idea where to begin? We’ve got you. Fresh specializes in supporting the DIY couple who needs support along the way to plan and prepare for their most joyful day. This package includes all of the Day of Services outlined above, plus:
• Complimentary wedding vision session:
Work with your consultant to identify your wedding vision and strengths as a team to plan a wedding day that is personal and specially tailored to you as a couple. Your day, your way.
• Planning accountability
• A customized task list with important dates for planning
• Monthly video or in person planning sessions for 12 months prior to the event date with relevant parties when needed. Planning sessions will cover support with:
-Budget planning and tracking of deposits, balances due, dates, etc.
-Creation of customized task list with important dates for planning
-Research of ceremony and reception sites, including support with rental vendors in
the case of having a wedding at a residential or private property
-Collaboration on a suitable menu and assistance navigating catering options
-Review of vendor contracts
-Reception layout and seating chart arrangements
-Support with vendor interviews and/or final vendor meetings etc.
